Logiciel CRM, l'élément indispensable de la relation client

Le logiciel CRM (Customer Relationship Management ou Gestion de la Relation Client) est l'élément indispensable lors de la mise en oeuvre d'une politique de relation avancée avec la clientèle, que ce soit par le biais d'un centre d'appels ou d'actions marketing et commerciales.
Le logiciel CRM se compose d'une, ou plusieurs, base de données, destinée à stocker l'ensemble des informations clients, des relations et des actions commerciales. A la base de données s'ajoute un ensemble d'outils permettant d'extraire les informations recherchées (on parle de Data Mining) ainsi que des outils de statistiques.


La base de données stocke au minimum les informations suivantes :
- tout ce qui concerne le client, à savoir son état civil le plus complet possible, ses coordonnées, sa profession, sa catégorie socio-professionnelle, sa situation familiale (célibataire ou en couple, avec ou sans enfants...), ses revenus s'ils sont connus...
- tout ce qui concerne les relations entre l'entreprise et le client : appels téléphoniques de l'entreprise vers le client et du client vers l'entreprise, échange de courriers que ce soit à titre de réclamation, d'information, de promotion..., les visites chez le client ou les visites du client à l'entreprise ou un de ses revendeurs...

- tout ce qui concerne les achats et habitudes d'achat du client : quels produits a-t-il déjà acheté à l'entreprise ou à un concurrent, la durée de conservation des produits qu'il a acheté, les raisons pour lesquelles il a choisit ce produit et pas un autre (entre en compte ici les critères de qualité, de prix, de relationnel et d'affectif avec la marque et le vendeur...), ses éventuels achats à venir s'il les a communiqué...

L'intérèt de stocker ces informations permet de mieux connaître le client, par exemple s'il appelle pour une réclamation ou une question, le téléacteur pourra consulter l'historique complet du client et apporter une réponse adaptée, sans que le client ait besoin de présenter en détails les relations qu'il a déjà eu pr le passé avec l'entreprise.

Par ailleurs, à partir de toutes les informations stockées dans la base de données, les spécialistes du marketing et des actions commerciales pourront effectuer des ciblages précis afin de contacter les clients les plus à mêmes d'acheter le nouveau produit qu'ils souhaitent commercialiser. En effet, le logiciel CRM permet un ciblage minutieux qui a pour objectif de réduire les coûts et d'accroître les ventes puisque ne sont contactés que les clients ou prospects vraiment susceptibles d'acheter le produit mis en vente.
